Should you need to return items purchased from BuyaDrugTest.com
- Please notify our customer returns department at 1-323-863-2410 (Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:00pm PST).
- Request a returns authorization number and return address.
- Returns must be in brand new, mint condition, in the original, undamaged manufacturer’s packaging including all packaging materials, such as product & inserts.
- Returns must be made within 15 days of the shipping date.
- When returning items, they must be sent freight prepaid.
- Returns sent C.O.D. or “shipping charges collect” will be refused.
- Acceptance of return of special order items is conditional based on the terms of return of the item’s manufacturer or supplier.
- To avoid any complications, be sure that you insure your return shipment.
- All returns will be subject to a minimum 25% restocking charge, if accepted.
- Credit will be given only for items that we receive and inspect.
If damage occurred during transit, please do not dispose of the packaging. Contact the carrier for inspection and file a claim with the carrier.
