Can I return an item?
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by BuyaDrugTest.com within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in brand new, mint condition, in the original, undamaged manufacturer’s packaging including all packaging materials, such as product & inserts. Click here for more details
When will I get my refund?
Usually in about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return. There is no refund for shipping.
Do we do replacements?
We can only replace the exact item and type you ordered, and you are responsible to return any damaged item within 30 days. If you want to exchange for a different item, you will need to return the item and place a new order. Click Here for more information.
Cancellations.
Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order. Orders not dispatched can be cancelled and refunded. If an order is dispatched prior to cancellation then you will be charged for shipping only.
Shipping.
Popular items sell out quickly. It is possible for you to see a message that an item is available on the product detail page, but discover it is sold out by the time you place your order.
When In-Stock Items are Shipped.
If an item is in stock, it will be processed same day wherever possible. When it ships to you depends on which shipping options you’ve chosen and how many items are on the order.
Shipping restrictions.
Warranty issues and manufacturer restrictions prevent us from shipping certain products to all geographical locations. In addition, items cannot be shipped to a P.O. box and must be shipped to a street address. You’ll be notified while placing your order if we’re unable to ship specific items to the address you’ve selected.
